Owner Scott Stewart recently purchased historic Hammond Hall at 232 Brock Street at the corner of Brock and Aylmer. They've done a great job refurbishing the building, including the removal of three layers of flooring down to the original hardwood. Gayle's Yoga Studio Opens

Gayle Gallagher Gayle Gallagher is a Registered Yoga Teacher, teaching yoga through various fitness clubs, schools and corporate workplace programs.
