Thank you for submitting your event to kawarthaNOW.com. We only publish in-person or virtual events that take place in the City and County of Peterborough, City of Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland County, Haliburton County, and Hastings County.
Before completing the event submission form below, please:
- check that we don't already have your event listed. You can do this by searching our website for a keyword or two from your event, such as the title or presenting organization.
- review our editorial and privacy policies.
Allow at least 48 hours for approval by our events editor. Our event listings do not support attachments such as posters. IF AN EVENT SUBMISSION INCLUDES ALL CAPS ANYWHERE IN THE TEXT IT WILL NOT BE APPROVED.
Editorial Policy
We personally review all submissions before publishing them on our website. We reserve the right to refuse to publish events if they are contrary to our editorial policy.
Our free events postings are intended to promote non-profit community events, cultural events, and business-related events. Events submitted by organizations or individuals other than non-profit may or may not be approved, as determined by our events editor and publisher.
For commercial events, we offer several advertising options. For details, call 705-742-6404 (ask for Jeannine or please leave a voice-mail) or email publisher@kawarthanow.com.
We do not publish events for yard sales or garage sales, unless they involve a large portion of a community such as an entire neighbourhood or are part of a fundraising initiative.

By filling out and submitting this form, you are giving your consent for kawarthaNOW® to publish the event on our website.
Names and email addresses wiil only be published on our website if they are included in the public part of the event submission. Otherwise, we will only use names and email addressses for the purposes of contacting you about your event if needed.
Any email addresses included in the public part of the event submission will be encoded to protect them against email harvesting when they are published on our website.
