Editorial Policy

We personally review all submissions before publishing them on our website. We reserve the right to refuse to publish events if they are contrary to our editorial policy.

Our free events postings are intended to promote non-profit community and cultural events, business networking and business news. Events submitted by organizations or individuals other than non-profit may not be included, as determined by our Events Editor and Publisher.

We review each submitted event and reserve the right to edit an event for appropriateness, accuracy and formatting. We strive to approve events when they are submitted, but you can prevent delays by:

Searching for your event before submitting it, to make sure it's not already listed (sometimes different people submit the same event):
Not using ALL CAPS in your events. We will not post an event that uses ALL CAPS until we've had a chance to remove them, which will delay the posting of the event.
Submitting your event at least two weeks in advance of the event date if possible, to allow us time to approve your event and to ensure that your event appears with plenty of notice.
