The East City Bakery is owned and operated by master baker and pastry chef Markus Breuer and his wife Sylvia Breuer. Located on the ground floor of an older red brick house on Douro Street in Peterborough's East City, the bakery is a blast from the past, nothing like the assembly line-style of in-store bakery to which we've become so accustomed.
